Eric Holm graduated with an MBA from McGill University in Montreal, Canada in 1984. He has spent over 20 years helping others in the accounting field. Eric now helps people realize their dream of owning their own home.

We are a local organization with limited private funding and a credit line. We help prospective home buyers from NH or MA (first time or otherwise) get into a home by purchasing the home and then selling it to you with owner financing based on a regular, normal market interest rate and term.
