YHBAP President Eric Holm explained the superior value delivered by his program as follows:
"We are neither a Realtor ® nor a mortgage broker. We are the best friend a buyer can have because until a prospective buyer drops the brand new keys of her dream house into her purse, we haven't accomplished anything."
The innovative Your Home Buying Assistance Programs is a One-Stop Shop where a prospective buyer selects a home and Eric Holm takes care of the rest. The customer purchases the home directly from YHBAP with owner financing, at a low market interest rate.

"This way our customers do not need to haggle with the sellers, bankers or mortgage lenders, which brings a healthy dose of sanity and comfort to the whole home purchasing process. We do all the heavy lifting for them," Holm added.
